EMDR
My Approach
Imagine living with intention. Imagine living with a confidence that allows you get “un-stuck” from messy parts of life. You might be looking for a change and you aren’t quite sure where to start. Have you been suffering from anxiety or depression? Maybe problems are popping up in your relationships. Psychotherapy can open the door to gain insight on what may be getting in the way of living a life you want to live and it is my professional goal to help you develop a deeper sense of what might be happening for you.
I’m Andrea Greene, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I have over a decade of experience helping people from all walks of life find peace, resolution and acceptance. You may have been hurt in some way or perhaps you feel like things aren’t working out the way you expected. Maybe you’ve experienced trauma long ago or just yesterday. I’d like you to see yourself in a life where the confusion or pain you’ve experienced no longer impacts you the way it does now. When depression and anxiety rear their heads, you will be equipped with tools and insight to manage distress. We will work toward this goal together. My approach to therapy is based on my own values of maintaining and always working towards love and compassion towards one’s self.
I use a variety of techniques in therapy with the goal of finding healing in your life. I invite you to explore my page and please call or email if you’d like to schedule a free consultation. You are already opening the door to change just by exploring what therapy can do for you. A successful therapy provides you the confidence to be who you truly are. I wish you strength and peace in your journey.
Life demands so much from us sometimes and I understand the “busy-ness” that can make it hard to give yourself an hour to figure things out. This is one of the reasons I have a telehealth practice. Telehealth provides flexibility and can empower those who may not have had the time or opportunity otherwise.
